  EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!! I went here on my last day of vacation spent a 60$ uber to get here only for it to be closed which wasn’t listed on the website.VERY DISAPPOINTING! And I wasted my time and money for nothing and employees were very rude to me and were arguing with us about what was and wasn’t on the website . Like sybua I don’t feel like hearing it right now .

  Paid for tickets and the tickets were on sell on the website says that they will open on the 4th and bought the ticket sell deal that they had and the water park was closed. I came from out of town to bring my kids there and it was a disappointment especially no refunds but only rain check for the current season I recommend to wait to buy tickets thank before you go.

  It’s one of the best waterparks I’ve been. It’s very large and I love how they have so many kiddie sections! Only reason it’s getting a 4 star because most of the water section was close and the man at the liquor bar was very rude to us about having à La wallet and saying we must have a regular Id to purchase a beverage.. which understandable but it was his tone in his voice that kinda made me mad. Overall great experience. I will be visiting again soon. Parking was great and long wait line maybe because we came at 10:00am when it open.. but this the best waterpark I’ve been to in years!!! lifeguard’s also they make sure they pay attention because one jumped in when she saw my daughter was crying and saying she scared! Great job for being concerned!!!! “ very sweet young lady that was working the kiddie section Saturday morning. 💕

  Not the worst, but could be so much better. Not sure if they are short staffed or what, but several slides were closed down. The ones that were open were okay. I love the concept of the rapid slides, but was constantly getting stuck. Speaking of the rapid slides, they may want to invest in some extra blue tubes for the raging rhino ride. Or at least incorporate some rules when those who are done riding it to give their tubes to the ones waiting at the end of the ride. My daughter and I waited almost 10 minutes for the 2 of us to get a tube. On top of that, there was a group in a cabana who had at least 5 of them in their cabana not being used. Not sure if that’s allowed, but it shouldn’t be. Anyway, I did purchase season passes since they were on sale and gives us something to do over the summer, but it was just disappointing. I will say that the staff I interacted with were great, especially the bartender at the Sand Bar on opening day. I didn’t get his name, but super sweet and great personality.

  We came a few minutes before opening. It was a long line just to park. Then line to enter the door. Trying to get any place in the park is a maze! The rides are more geared towards Littles. Think there was 2 rides we enjoyed as a family. Their rapids river is more just get stuck bumper cars. Then if you want food be prepared to wait in 3 separate lines one for slushies, one for alcohol and one for fries! 3 separate lines?! Then after I pay for the 15 dollar souvenir cup the kid tells me there's no lids hope thats okay. No, its not okay! I paid 31 dollars for a watered down drink, a bag of chips with we had to toss ours at the gate and a souvenir slushy with no lid. Forget even getting in line for fries. Im beyond upset with this place and don't expect to be back.
