  Really nice theater, but the customer service, is absolutely atrocious. Ordered my food, ordered drinks, got the drinks extremely late, food never came, asked about it three times. Hire better ppl, crazy now I have to find food at 1 am due to incompetence.

  DO NOT PARK HERE. Had a horrible parking experience at IPIC, their parking garage is owned by VPNE parking and it is a scam!! I parked there in February and paid $11 for parking and it’s now MAY and I keep getting letters in the mail for $87??? I walked into IPIC to see if there’s someone I could speak to and the staff was no help and no one knew how to help me or direct me to the right person to talk to. There’s no email and when I try to call no one answers or they answer and immediately hang up. I had to take this to the city of Delray since there was nothing else I could do and had no one to guide me on how to dispute this. I had to take legal action . This is just absurd and so bad for business.

  I recently watched the Michael movie at iPic, and it was my first time visiting this theater. I absolutely loved the experience. Parking was easy and affordable, which made things really convenient from the start. The theater itself was very clean, and the seats were incredibly comfortable. I especially liked that they provided blankets, it made the whole experience feel extra cozy. Even the bathrooms were spotless, and the lobby smelled really nice, which added to the overall atmosphere. The only downside I’d mention is that the food and beverages are pretty pricey, a Coke cost $8. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my visit to iPic and would definitely go back.

  Ever since IPIC open I’ve been spoiled!! I will absolutely go to no other movie theater unless they are not showing what I want to see! Great atmosphere and make an absolutely fabulous date night!!

  Tonight we had the absolute pleasure of visiting IPIC Theaters to watch the Michael Jackson movie, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was first-class. A very special thank you to Ken, the manager, who went above and beyond to provide my family and me with a true VIP experience. His hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made the night unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxury movie experience with outstanding service, this is the place to be. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
