  Theater experience (viewing/sound/seating) was great...but, we were the first ones to arrive for the movie and to order food and the LAST ones to receive our (now cold) order. I was approached by several different servers, each with a new story: Food will be replaced and we can have first order boxed to go (NEVER happened)...a manager will come speak to me (NEVER happened)... We received a replacement order of the hot food AND a replacement yogurt parfait. Great, except the yogurt parfait was packaged to go WITHOUT a lid AND at least an HOUR before the movie was over. I had also told the first server I dealt with, that my son and I were there for his birthday--I was, in no way, expecting anything "extra" but was told he'd bring something out for my son (NEVER happened, but I had already told my son, so...), and only a portion of order had been credited but I was told the whole order would be. I LOVE this theater; wasn't our first time there. I was just disappointed in the "premium" service for which I chose to go there and make our movie experience extra special. Still, a great place, clean, nice lobby/atmosphere.

  My Ladii and I reserved our movie The Goat starring Stephan curry. OMG it was my first time here and it was amazing. Loved the seat service. Food was amazing. We had the pretzel and the buffalo chicken wraps with a long island 🏝️ iced tea. Delishious.. we will be back

  SCAM PARKING GARAGE! I got a ticketed twice for $87. First time I thought it was my fault because the payment didn't go through on the app and I didn't pay much attention. Second time I made sure to pay, that it went through etc., but still got hit with another $87 ticket! Now I'm filing a dispute with no proof because I can't find a receipt anywhere on the Simply Park website! They don't even have Simply Park listed on their dispute website. This is 100% a scam or iPic needs to get their parking situation under control.

  I would say parking is tricky,as well restrooms up top. Seats great. Food was good. It was a bit hot in theater too. Good selection of items. Great big waters. Nice staff. Overall Adult type place, not for kids.

  Avoid this place. They are running an organized scam together with the third party that owns the parking garage. Being charged nearly $100 just because we left 15 minutes after the movie is absolutely ridiculous. If they were charging us for just an hour of parking, then whatever. But near $100 for being 15 minutes late? The tickets and food are already extremely expensive, so this is definitely a ploy for them to rip off more money. When we disputed they said “It’s important to follow the policy of the parking garage” but what policy if we were never notified of such consequences beforehand? How are normal people supposed to know? You guys should train your employees to notify people of these possible charges, but you don’t because you’re running an organized scam. Nowhere on the website does it say what the consequences of leaving just 10-15 minutes late are 🤡 And not once were we warned or notified of this!!
