  Went there last year to see the new demon slayer movie after a year of waiting. Absolutely enjoyed it, the giant screen definitely helped the movie shine. Chairs were comfy, my parents even fell asleep in them 😹 great snacks as usual :3

  Very high quality and enjoyable movie theater, the popcorn is overpriced of course but what are you gonna do.. we've been here to many movies and will be here again.

  I had an excellent experience at Cinemark Paradise 24 and XD while watching Avatar III. The XD theater truly elevated the movie—crystal-clear visuals, powerful sound, and immersive screen quality that made every scene feel intense and cinematic. The seats were comfortable, the theater was clean, and the overall atmosphere was well organized and enjoyable. Staff were professional, and the show started on time, which I really appreciated. This is definitely one of the best locations to fully experience a visually stunning film like Avatar III. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this theater for XD movies.

  For over 20 years, Cinemark Paradise 24 was my theater. I used to work here before it became a Cinemark, and I've always loved the staff and the comfort of this place. As an avid moviegoer who used to go 3-4 times a week, this was my home. After a stint with another chain, I returned to my long-term theater and joined the Movie Club. Recently, however, I've had to cancel my membership. The reason boils down to a lack of consistency that has completely disrupted my experience. My main issue is with concessions—specifically, the combo meal packaging. As a person of habit, I need things to be the same. When I order a combo, sometimes it comes neatly packaged together in one carrier, which is logical and easy to handle in a dark theater. Other times, I'm given all the items separately. This might sound minor, but it's not. In a full theater, trying to balance multiple containers on my lap is a struggle. It makes a mess, ruins my comfort, and distracts from the movie. The fact that this basic policy changes from visit to visit, depending on who's working, is incredibly frustrating. I come to the movies for a reliable, enjoyable routine. When that routine is broken by something as simple as how my food is handed to me, it turns a treat into a stress. It's truly sad because so much here is excellent: the theater is comfortable, the food is great, and the mozzarella sticks are fantastic. But the irregularity and customer discomfort at the concession stand have become too much. I was going to the movies less and less, and I was literally pushing myself to go just to support you. But I can't justify it anymore. Because of this inconsistency, I've canceled my membership. I may only return if family insists. I'm not a difficult person. I'm a loyal one. I just needed the experience to be reliably good. I'm very disappointed it couldn't stay that way.
