  I had a very disappointing experience at this theater Friday night. I am a 27-year-old who simply wanted to take my younger siblings out for a movie night. They were really excited to watch GOAT, which is a PG-rated movie. We arrived on time for the 7:20 showing and waited in line to purchase our tickets. When we reached the front desk, the employee told me I needed to show proof of identification because he said I did not look old enough. I explained that my wallet was in my car and that I could quickly go get my driver’s license to prove that I am 27 years old. Instead of allowing me to do that, he told me that because it was Friday, there is a policy that children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. I explained that our parents could not attend and that I was the one responsible for taking my siblings out for the evening. I also repeated that I could easily go to my car and bring back my ID to confirm my age. Despite this, he refused to sell us tickets and insisted that our parents had to be physically present, which made no sense considering I was clearly willing to provide proof of my age and was acting as the responsible adult for my siblings. The most upsetting part of the situation was having to calm down my 9-year-old brother, who had been looking forward to this movie all week. He was heartbroken when he realized we were not allowed to watch the movie, and it was very difficult to explain to him why we had to leave after being turned away. It was frustrating and honestly embarrassing to be denied service in front of my younger siblings after they had been so excited for this outing. I understand that theaters may have policies in place, but the way this situation was handled lacked flexibility and basic customer consideration especially for a PG-rated film. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future so older siblings and families who are simply trying to spend quality time together are not treated this way.

  Clean theater, good snack selections. My only wish is that they would upgrade to reclining seats. Other then that no complaints.

  Chairs are not comfortable. Prices are high. Sound quality far from best.
