It made getting refreshments easy. I ordered chicken tenders and got chicken wings. So I was stuck with food I didn't want. No one else was ordering so how do you get my order wrong! Then, we go into the theater and my seat was broken! They half cleaned the theater so people were kicking boxes of popcorn and empty soda cups around the theater. Terrible experience!
