  I would genuinely rate this theater and their staff with zero stars if it were possible. On multiple occasions I was met with hostility, judgment and bias. I am an avid movie goer and popcorn bucket / movie merch collector. I have spend so much money with Cinemark theaters and on multiple occasions was met with hostile behavior when I told them I had a giftcard to pay for my merchandise. I was blatantly called a scammer in front of multiple customers and had employees talking about me right in front of my face. I have never ever received this treatment from any other theater or Cinemark location. I went out of my way to contact the general manager , they told me he was unavailable and that I could leave my name and number for him to contact me when he was available. So I did so. I waited an entire week for someone to reach out and they never did. Either the employees just disregarded me completely since they knew I was calling to talk about their hostility or the manager didn’t care enough to be held accountable for his employees actions and behaviors. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

  The employees treat you badly, they think that cinemark is their company they want to have control of everything is horrible customer service if you can go to a cinemark definitely don’t go to that one
