They simply copy and paste their generic response to every negative review, never addressing any issue. Horrible service at concessions! My wife has an allergy and needed a separate container for popcorn (we already bought one). They told me another container would be $9 because that’s how much the popcorn costs (yep $9 for a piece of cardboard!). As I was trying to explain my situation and complain there was no solution, the two workers just smiled and laughed to each other. If the price gouging on concessions isn’t already unbelievable enough, the lack of decency in the customer service department will push it over the edge. So here’s how I was forced to eat popcorn after I had to tear up a paper bag I found. A simple problem could have been easily solved, but no, it just put me in a horrible mood for the movie. Thanks for ruining my afternoon over a simple ask…
