It's worth noting though, the place felt a bit empty for a Friday night, which was surprising. š¤ The cocktails certainly did not disappoint; they were exceptional and enjoyable. šø The food, on the other hand, was just okay. Unfortunately, my experience with the prime steak burger was slightly marred due to a mix-up in the accompanying fries. I ordered the garlic and herb option but found a few truffle fries had been mixed in. This was rather disappointing as I am not a fan of truffle fries. In terms of service, it was fine but did not exceed my expectations. I am writing this with a heavy heart as I was hoping for a more gratifying experience from your establishment. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to a 5-star rating. š I was expecting something more, something different from my night at Bourbon Steak. I trust you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards enhancing the overall dining experience at your restaurant.
