It then ran back and forth. Had to leave because I was grossed out. The cashier was very nice and apologized and refunded me. Will not be back!

While we’re sitting there, we literally saw a rat (not a mouse) run down the stairs right on the side of us. Our seats were the four closest to the stairs. We clearly seen a rat going down the stairs. We proceeded to go tell the associate at the desk but she wasn’t of any help at all. I tried reaching out to Cinemark on their site the day after and nobody’s reached out to me.
