They also marketed their rooms to be kid friendly, which I found to be misleading. The puzzles were ok, but overall I left feeling a bit disappointed about my experience.

- AAAiz AJan 4, 20262.0This is the second time we come to this escape room. We did Alcatraz this time and it was fun until we got stuck and asked for the first clue. The female staff member came and said we didn’t do it “in order” and that we should be more organized. As a person that does lots of escape rooms, there’s limited organization especially when there is a lot of things in the room and I think asking to be organized is uncalled for. The staff should know how to help out because everyone does things differently. If they want people to do things in the order they expect, there is no fun or even point on having an escape room. We didn’t finish successfully and when we asked what stuff was missing for our “escape” the same girl said that she wouldn’t spoil it. At this point, we paid for this and we will not do this room again either way so there’s no reason why she shouldn’t have told us what was missing or what we should’ve done first, especially when the first time we came, another staff member helped us out by telling us what was missing with no issues. Overall the room was great with lots of content but this staff member definitely ruined it for us at the end. We will not come back to this place.
