  Theater was very nice. Slightly old fashioned which I prefer. However locating it in the Mall and figuring out where to park was very difficult. My first time and no signs to direct me to the Theater. Nothing on website to help either.

  Great place to see a movie the seats, recline, and a foot rest It seems they’ve added a bar if anybody’s thirsty Very comfortable, beautiful theaters

  Great theater, however every time I've gone to see a movie in IMAX here, the door has been left open when the movie starts, causing a significant amount of light to leak in on the lower right side of the screen. The door is easy enough to shut, but every time I've had to get up and do it myself while the opening of the movie is playing, which is an annoyance. Would be nice if they had someone on staff shut it, or just not leave it propped open at all.

  I’m so tired of the corporate mindset at Cinemark. Prices are already outrageously high — $7 for a bottle of water and $20+ for popcorn — and yet they still nickel-and-dime customers over something as simple as a cup with ice. I asked for a cup so I could have ice with the water I just paid almost $7 for, and the employee said they “count the cups.” Really? A massive national theater chain is counting cups like they’re gold bars? It’s embarrassing. The staff wasn’t the problem; they were polite but clearly stuck following rigid corporate rules. The real issue is whatever executive thought denying a paying customer a basic courtesy was a good business strategy. In my line of work, we were always taught: Take care of the customer and the customer will take care of you. Cinemark has completely lost sight of that. With prices this high and customer service this low, it’s no wonder people are choosing to stay home. This experience definitely made me rethink coming back. UPDATE: The generic response that they gave only made the situation worse. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Try again Cinemark.
