I immediately left to go complain to a manager. When speaking to him he didn’t seem concerned, didn’t ask us what theater we were in our what seats we were sitting in. Just gave me a refund and dismissed my complaint. By the way he dismissed my complaint makes me believe that this is an on going problem and I’m not the first one to complain about it. Extremely disgusting. Will be calling the heath department.
