  Fantastic environment!! Michael went above and beyond for us the last 2 weekends! (4/10/2026) That kid is fantastic at his job. We had some issues with our lane and he was understanding and polite, handled it immediately and made sure to get us into a new lane. Tell that kid to keep up the great work ! I’ll be stopping in again for sure.

  The server with the purple hair that spelt like cigarettes had major attitude, our activity package came with 2 entrees, after we ordered I asked for ranch and she never brought it, and ever checked on us, then we asked another waiter if we can get our check, (we got 2 entrees and waters) , figured we’d have to pay for taxes & would’ve liked to tip she got all mad at the other waiter for asking.. had attitude from the beginning.

  Understaffed, and a total rip-off.... Everything is overpriced, and nothing is maintained well.... We've taken our kids here over the years, and have noticed how the games keep getting more expensive, the jackpots keep getting lowered, and staff is less and less available/helpful/polite. Tonight, we waited at a busted machine for nearly 20min before the "tech" showed up, only to scold us for playing a game that "messed up all the time." Worst value for your money in all of NoCo. Only reason its not 1 star is the food is actually good.

  WOW what a place to spend a lot of money. Dip n dots machine- out of service. Cotton candy machine - out of service. Half the games in the dirty arcade? You guessed it! OUT OF SERVICE or will just take your little card credits with no game. Get yourself together. The food was GREAT! Isaiah was GREAT! This place could be great.

  We recently visited Main Event in Windsor, CO, and had a fantastic experience. Ryan, the manager, and Jenna, our server and bartender, truly made the visit memorable. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. While the food was good, it was the level of service that really stood out and made our time there exceptional. We appreciate the effort and professionalism from both Ryan and Jenna—they made a great experience even better.
