  I stopped by Main Event in Windsor and ended up having a really fun night. There’s so much to do that it’s hard to get bored. We spent time playing arcade games and walking around checking everything out, and the energy in the place just makes it a good time. It’s a great spot to hang out, laugh, and do something different instead of the usual plans. I’d definitely go back again with friends or family.

  I recently went to Main Event with my family, and we all really enjoyed our time there. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The arcade had a good mix of games, and the bowling lanes were nice too. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I would definitely go back.

  We had a great experience at Main Event thanks to Ashlinn! She was incredibly helpful when we were purchasing our game cards and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best deal possible. We had several people in our group and she made the whole process quick and easy. Friendly, helpful customer service like that really makes a difference. Thanks again, Ashlinn, for taking such great care of us!

  One of the worst run environments I have been around. Ryan, the GM, runs a terrible management team. The place was absolutely disgusting and he was playing games on his phone the entire time. The staff was very friendly and polite though. I truly feel bad for the children he hires. His lack of leadership and customer service makes a great establishment at other locations very mediocre here.

  This location usually does a great job but our visit tonight was pretty lack luster. I called at 3pm to try and reserve a lane for 2 hours at 7pm and they confirmed everything as the normally do only to show up and be told they can't find us. This has never been an issue before. They were able to get us in not long after which was nice but would only. Let us do 1 hour before having to get on the waitlist for an hour and a half to bowl for the 2nd hour There were issues with our meals that were included with our package and they had to call the manager over 3 times to get it figured out. Then we went to use the arcade and laser tag. Half the laser tag vests would not work properly and when told to change it for another vest they would not work either. I left the game early and waited with others who could not get working vests. Many of the games were either damaged, inoperable or barely functioning requiring constant help when it malfunctioned. Overall the staff is friendly but definitely missed the mark which is not the usual. Will try again soon.
