  dining experience was horrible. “waitress” with blonde strips was rude and did not check up on us. What she said when she got our orders was “Do you want food?” Did not check up on us not one time until it was time for the check. Got very happy when giving us the check. Was sitting down on her phone the whole time.

  Things have a modern and fun vibe. You can get food brought to your bowling lane and pretty late into the night. They have a good variety of arcade games. The staff were happy to help and attentive.

  The family fun and experiences you'll have here are the absolute best! But whats even better for this mom is the service we received. You have no idea how welcoming and refreshing it is to go to a place with a bunch of kids and the staff says we got you. ...go have fun. And I truly did. Was able to stop worrying about shoes or drinks or food or any little thing we needed because your staff was so exceptional. This was the BEST weekend outing we have ever had as a family. THANK YOU FROM OUR HEART. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!

  Ridiculous priceing, bait and switch, given miss leading information. Advertising super sneaky. Ask for all priceing up front and make sure you understand what you are being charged for.

  *reposting because somehow my original review was taken down* I have been harassed non stop by the general manager here about my service animal so much that I had another random Vet buy me a drink the other night because he felt bad at how hard the staff was harassing me. If you’re a Vet I would highly recommend avoiding this place until Ryan is relieved of duty. They are not Veteran oriented, I was harassed nonstop not only before Veterans Day, but after Veterans Day for having a service animal. The behavior got so aggressive at some point that another veteran offered to buy me a drink because he felt so bad at how badly I was being harassed by the managers there. This behavior is unacceptable. Ryan Danford is probably the worst employee at that establishment. I am a Veteran who has a service animal that I take with everywhere I go. She has been inside the main event multiple times and has never had any issues whatsoever. Ryan took it upon himself to kick out my service animal from the main event. He also asked me several other illegal questions regarding the service animal. I contacted police who informed me that they would be willing to come back with my dog and myself to inform him he was not allowed to kick my service animal out. I decided to not ask for any of that instead I wanted an apology for kicking my service animal out. Not only was I not given that I was rudely kicked out after asking for it. I love the staff at the main event, shea is a phenomenal bartender and so is Jenna the female manager Amanda and the other manager Jacob are also wonderful I’ve never had any issues with anyone else except this gentleman. I’ve never had any issues ever with my service animal except for him. He is rude, condescending, dishonest, and untrustworthy, would not recommend any Veteran bring there family or money here. I cannot believe that this “family” fun center would not allow a Veteran to bring his service animal in to watch football at the bar. By far the worst employee this facility has.
