  I pre-booked an event for my team of 18 from 3:30–5:00 to allow everyone time to arrive. Some showed up early, but the venue started our reservation 30 minutes early, which caused several team members who arrived on time to miss out. Starting without the full group felt unprofessional and disrupted the flow of the event. For the price (over $240), losing paid playtime was very disappointing. Better communication and coordination are needed. I won’t be booking here again.

  We come and bowl all the time and everyones super kind to us. Not to mention the service is always good for us even on those late nights. Vince is always so kind and willing to work with you and so was shae she was so sweet and encouraging the whole time we bowled

  We celebrated my preschooler’s birthday at Main Event yesterday. All I can say is wow! The service was top notch. My kid, family and friends had a blast! We did bowling, laser tag and the arcade. They were very accommodating and let us order extra food and drinks last minute. Some of us couldn’t have the pizza that was included and ordered salad. Grandma even got a coffee. Didn’t know Main Event offered such a fun experience for the whole family, will recommend them from now on.

  Main Event Thornton had such a great vibe with a lively atmosphere and lots of fun games that kept everyone engaged I really enjoyed the whole experience and the staff hospitality was genuinely impressive I am not really a reviewer type but I could not resist because of the outstanding hospitality Asha Acharya truly stood out I was really impressed by her kind nature soothing communication and respectful attitude she handled everything so effortlessly with a smile which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable I left feeling genuinely satisfied a little amused and very grateful high regards to her and the entire team will highly recommend to others and definitely visit again

  Asha was absolutely wonderful! She was so gentle, kind, and patient with us, especially since I was there with my kids. She took the time to clearly explain the food and fun combo options, which made everything so much easier for us. She kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Her warm and friendly attitude really stood out and made our visit extra enjoyable. Thank you, Asha, for such great service—we’ll definitely be back because of you!
