  This place was AMAZING!!! We came in for a small bday celebration with 6 people and they made us feel like we were the most important group!!! We did not have reservations and it was a packed Saturday night! We walked up to the register and Emily was there to help us out. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to take moment to decide. When we came back to the counter Gavin helped us make the appropriate choice for a group our size and how to get everyone a game card. He advised on best places to sit for food and was so nice! Then we ran into the GM Brian and man was he FREAKING AWESOME!!! Got us our server Dom!!! Dom was super busy but made sure we did not feel neglected or just another customer! He made us feel like we were his most important table while he was serving multiple tables and lanes!!! This place made us feel like we cannot goto the Smave & Dusters (😜) ever again!!! You guys made Fans and lifetime customers out of us!!! Thank-you all again!!! One more shout out to Gavin! My son misplaced his card the second he hit the game floor and Gavin did what he did not have to do and got us set back up!!!! BEST EXPERIENCE WE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR!!! Thanks again Brian and the Main Event Crew!!!

  Asked to get lanes for bowling. They said it will be 1hr and 30min wait paid to book the lanes and they will contact us once ready. Was okay sounds good went to get food. Got an order messed up and charged one of the groups more than it should have went to dispute that. Waited for the time to bowl noticed that it was passed the time that they have said went to check turned out they said a group took our place and moved us back without giving us a notice and then said it will be another 1hr wait. Turned it down. What is the point for going there and paying for lanes and having us wait then all of a sudden let a group go before us. Just because online RSVP or whatever but we personally RSVP the lanes in person. I understand yeah it’s busy on weekends but there is no excuse for this. Please get your priorities straight.

  We went here in a Friday night to grab some food and play some games. Rent to the restaurant area stood there had to be asked to be seated, had to be asked to be waited on, had to ask for silverware was never asked how the food was was never asked if they could get us anything else had to ask for the bill had to ask for a napkins and the attitude from the waitress was atrocious. We are normally very large tippers if we get good service we have been known to leave over $100 in a tip there was employees eating where they cook the food I watched a waitress walk into the bathroom with her apron on we will never be back this place was horrible and the health department probably should check it out.

  The deal for a $10 game pass, entree and unlimited play for $30 sounded like a deal so I purchased 5. We were not aware that the pass was broken down into sections until we arrived. From open-5:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.-midnight. We showed up at 2:00 p.m. and only had time to play one game of bowling and eat. After the first game we were told that we needed to be placed on another waiting list for another lane. During our first game we were moved over due to them booking a birthday party. I tried to be counter productive and book the same lane mid game so we could continue to bowl. I was told that I needed to wait until my game was over. After our first game, I went to request another round only to be told that the wait would be over an hour. After almost an hour I told them never mind and that the lane that we were on was never rebooked so we basically were taken off of it for it to sit empty. We spent the last few minutes at the arcade. We paid over $250 for chicken fingers, a salad, pizza and drinks with one game of bowling and arcade passes that earn you $10 worth of toys. The word “unlimited”should be used lightly as there were definitely limits to what we were able to do. Next time we will just go bowling for 3x longer and half the price.

  Was in a large party, ordered food and drinks from 2 different servers to my own tab. Ordered a beer, waited 20 minutes, never got it, then said cancel to the other server, ordered a bucket--got the bucket pretty quick. Ordered wingswith the bucket, never got them, but the nice server took it off my tab. The group got pizza, it was meh. I suppose this is what I should suspect at a grown up Chucky Cheese kind of place, but if it wasn't for other people organizing, I wouldn't go to this kind of place. Give me a real bowling alley and a good burger anytime.
