I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to this time! I was at cinemark a few days ago, and their employee, Moss, was just a doll! My friend had recommended trying something, but I couldn't remember the name! It only took them a few seconds to figure it out! It was called a snack pack! My friends and I loved it! I'll definitely be going back!

Last night my friends and I had a very disappointing experience at Cinemark Tinseltown Pueblo. A manager named Natasha accused one of my friends of stealing snacks, even though he had already paid for them. Instead of calmly verifying what happened first, she immediately treated him like he was guilty and escalated the situation. Although she eventually checked with the employee at the register, it felt like her mind was already made up. She was dismissive, wouldn’t really listen to him, and even attempted to have him leave despite the fact that he had paid for both his ticket and snacks. The security guard remained calm and professional, which we appreciated, but the way the manager handled things was upsetting and unnecessary. Once it was confirmed that he did pay, we received an apology and free movie tickets. However, the apology didn’t feel sincere, and it didn’t change how uncomfortable and embarrassed the situation made us feel. We missed a large portion of our movie because of how long everything took. Overall, the experience left a bad impression. Situations like this should be handled with more care and professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially before assumptions are made.

Last night my friends and I had a really upsetting experience at Cinemark Tinseltown Pueblo. A manager named Natasha accused one of my friends of stealing snacks even though he had paid for them. The situation got really drawn out and she immediately assumed he was guilty without even checking with the employee who had rung him up. She was rude wouldn’t listen to him, and even tried to have him leave, even though he had paid for both his ticket and his snacks. It was embarrassing and unfair, and it caused us to miss a large part of our movie. The security guard was respectful and calm, and I appreciate that he handled things professionally, but the manager did not. Eventually, they finally checked with the employee at the register, and she confirmed that he DID pay for his snacks. This could have all been avoided if Natasha had simply checked first before accusing him and escalating the situation. We received an apology and free movie tickets, but it didn’t feel sincere, and it doesn’t make up for how he was treated. I’m writing this because this was not okay. No one should be falsely accused and treated like that, especially without someone taking the time to verify the facts first. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

If I could rate then negative stars I would. The other night my friend got profiled for stealing. It was made out to be a much bigger problem than it actually was. The manager, I believe her name was Natasha, accused him of stealing candy and was trying to kick him out. She told the security guard to not check the cameras claiming “it’s not a big enough deal to” (the security guard was actually very nice and knew how to do his job). She always didn’t double check with any of the employees to see if any of them remembered checking him out either. Straight to blaming him with no solid proof. After we finally got her to check with the employees it was confirmed he did indeed pay. She ran off to the back afterwards and we didn’t know what to do at first. Then she comes back saying we are good to go like nothing happened. This was a very troubling experience that led us to be uncomfortable the rest of the night and also miss the first 25 minutes of the movie. We were all treated like idiots.

I usually don't have any problems with this theater but I went to go watch The Goat with a group of my friends on February 17th. As we were buying tickets my good friend went to go get some snacks because he had already got his tickets he got pockys and while we were waiting for the rest of the group to finish getting snacks and tickets. He offered us some of his pockys and then Natasha I believe she was a manager accused him of stealing them... 🤦‍♀️ He made sure to tell them that he did pay for them but they did not believe him and had asked him to leave even though he PAID FOR TICKETS AND HIS FLIPPEN POCKYS. The security guard was really nice and respectful, but they said they had asked all the workers if they saw him buy it and apparently they all said no. Then eventually they asked the lady he paid with and she said he DID pay for them. We got a insincere apology from Natasha and some free movie tickets. We also missed like half of the movie. Was this racism or did Natasha have a bad day?
