  JUST GOT ID’D BY A THEY THEM AND WHY WOULD I BRING MY ID TO A MOVIE THEATRE I REGULARLY GO TO??? the employee must’ve woke up on the wrong side of bed it was rude and disrespectful and had attitude when i asked a question about their new age policies. needs to be fired

  The worst movie going experience iv had to date. Completely ignoring the outdated school cafeteria line they call concessions and rude unhelpful condenseding ushers. This theatre was showing an indie film on a screen that had blown speakers/amps. Upon first complaint they pretended to go fix it and sent me on my way. 30 minutes later and this persistent thumping is still happening, I go the management to complain, they're aware theatre 2 has had blown speakers since the night prior and were only refunding people who came to complain. I asked for a full refund but was required to leave my popcorn and drink. Weird choice for the massive inconvenience and waste of my Friday night. Inexcusable.

  Worst theater experience I've ever had in my entire life. Chaotic concessions layout made getting food feel like I was going through TSA. Theater had a broken speaker that made loud repetitive thumping sounds - the movie was unwatchable. The usher said that the movie would continue and anyone who didnt like it could get a refund. The manager insisted I leave the popcorn and drink?

  Pretty efficient at the ticket counter. Snack lobby is a little jumbled, until.you find your way around. Two counters, one for each side of the lobby/theaters. Theater was clean, comfy and quiet with good pictures and sound. Reclining chairs are heavenly! And they leave room in front for people to walk without having to scrunch up.

  First, I would like to apologize to the young elites at the Belmar Cinemark Richie, Devon, Bea, and Venus all amazing employees, for the late review. Two weeks ago, Sunday March 28th my wife and I took our 2-year old grandson to watch the GOAT movie. He watches a full movie at home, so we thought he was ready to go to the movie children, we figured it works be no problem. We learned 5-minutes into the movie and after buying 3 tickets (wasted money 🫨) and snacks, that 5 mins was his max capacity at a theatre. I took my turn to walk him around after 10 mins. We were walking down the theatre hall when, I looked down to for a couple seconds to throw some of his wrappers in the trashcan. I looked up and my grandson was gone. I thought he was playing hide-and-seek with me. I didn’t panic until 2-3 minutes of yelling his nave and no answer. One of these young employees asked what was the matter, I told her. She quickly got on her radio to let her co-workers know. They ask jumped into action abcs found him, in one of the closed concession stands playing with the empty cup holders springs. If it were not for these young people being so quick and attentive, I would’ve lost my mind. To the GM of this establishment, please commend these employees for their awesome customer service. In this generation when ask older people do is complain shoot the younger generation, I wanted to make sure to point out, theirs aren’t lazy, they are just going through shit we never had to experience. Thank you so much, Richie, Devon, Bea, and Venus. From two very grateful, grandparents.
