While we were there some young adults harassed my kids & their friends bumping them & name calling in the go karts. Then some high school kids made them extremely uncomfortable making inappropriate gestures & comments in the laser tag area. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the way these situations were handled. Erik took charge of the situations with Sawyer’s help & made the kids feel seen & heard. Some of the people were kicked out for their behavior. Erik was quick to handle everything & check in to make sure we were okay & update us. I was bummed this stuff happened in a family establishment that I have been going to since I was a kid, where I have thrown a big party or two throughout the years.. but Fort Fun can’t control their customer’s behavior. I cannot thank the staff here enough for taking swift action & treating us with such kindness. Caleb helped us toward the end of the night as well. The staff here is top notch & I highly recommend this as the place to go for parties, a fun family day or any occasion. Thank you Erik!!!
