  Always a good experience. We come here several times a month for the secret movie club!!! Such a fun thing to do! I highly recommend becoming a member just for that!

  One of my fav theatres to visit. Always clean and staff are friendly. Plush reclining chairs are in good condition compared to other theatres around Kinda disappointed to see an extra cost for butter on popcorn

  I think they redid the stadium chairs. Sitting through the movie was much more comfortable this time. It made me actually want to start going back to the theater again instead of watching at home!! My kids and I really enjoyed the show too.

  Rented out a theater for a gaming event for my son's birthday party. The manager, Alyssa and team, was really accommodating throughout the event. We had connected a Nintendo Switch via a portable A/V podium and the output was great quality. This was an awesome experience all around. Thanks to everyone!

  I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the behavior and judgment of a manager named Dakota at the Cinemark Timberline location in Fort Collins, Colorado. My husband and I recently visited this theater to see Demon Slayer with his 16-year-old brother. As the movie is rated R, we were aware that a legal guardian must accompany minors, which we did. Despite this, when my husband’s brother and his friends—who had already purchased tickets and concessions—attempted to enter, they were stopped and denied entry. We explained that we were their legal guardians for the evening and even contacted my husband’s parents for verbal confirmation. After much discussion, Dakota stated that his employees should not have sold tickets to the minors, yet he made no effort to address or correct the situation with his staff. If the theater’s policy requires minors to be accompanied by a legal adult to attend an R-rated movie, there should be a clear verification process at the time of ticket purchase—either ensuring that a guardian is present or preventing the sale altogether. This would avoid confusion and frustration for both guests and employees. Upon reviewing Cinemark’s policy, it appears that as adults over 21, we were permitted to accompany minors to an R-rated movie. Additionally, I observed inconsistent enforcement of this policy: Dakota questioned some guests about their age but did not verify identification for others who simply stated they were over 17. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and consistently. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate corrective action or training be considered for this manager to ensure fair and consistent policy enforcement.
