I had a bad experience after HB Woodsongs shipped me a Les Paul and UPS broke the head stock. The guitar was packed perfectly and UPS refused to compensate me saying the packaging was insufficient. This was a total lie. It was in the original hsc and then boxed with extra padding. Please always use Fedex when shipping guitars. Josh in the store was super helpful trying to deal w UPS on my behalf although it proved fruitless as UPS simply closed the case and wouldn't communicate further. All that aside the Les Paul Custom was a great deal (now unfortunately with head stock repair). And I would recommend the store.
