Needed more to do and better observation.
Without a doubt there's going to be someone that gets hurt on the slides that go airborne as well as the tube side . You can't see when somebody's off the tube slide. I saw multiple kids going one after the other.
I the one that goes to airborne multiple times as have kids let go of the matt after they're launched and do flips in the air. While very cool the airbags not big enough or deep enough to manage that type of fall
No supervision in dodgeball.
Overall, this park just doesn't have enough to do especially if you're over the age of 10
Buy tickets in advance and fill out the waiver online. We went on a Saturday at 7pm. Lines were only 3-4 kids long and moved fast. By 8pm a lot of the crowd cleared out. Food was typical trampoline park quality food and prices. Staff were attentive and helpful. My only point of concern was the junior area. It is supposed to by kids 5 and under but was overrun by older kids running around and up the two junior slides. This is a parenting issue, but maybe an attendant watching the junior area could prevent this.

My 5-year-old LOVED our first time at Slick City. If you have a 4 or 5 year old, don’t count this place out. It’s easy to get intimidated by the pictures and wonder if your kid will really like it. Helpful things to know before you go:
- There are mats to slide down on (face-first, on your belly is the required positioning), so there is minimal need to worry about slide burns. Yes, you are required to use them, and there are LOTS of them so no need to worry about stock.
- There is an age minimum of 4 years for the larger slides, not a height minimum.
- Each slide has a “slick scale” rating that I gather is supposed to tell you how scary/fast it is.
- For more nervous kiddos, the junior (5 and under) area is still fun, with two slides and climbing equipment + toys.
- There are lockers that you can use for <$10 to keep your valuables safe. The cubbies for storing shoes and socks are quite small and few, so I saw most parents just snag a table and place their stuff there.
-The stairs on the climbing apparatus are quite steep, but some of the older kids still rush up and down them, so be careful.
My 5-year old has always been a little timid with steep slides, but she was going down quite a few of the larger ones by the end of our stay.
- adults obviously are welcome on the slides too, so you can go down after your littles (NOT with them). however, if for whatever reason you do not want to go down after you walk them up, decide on a meet-up spot where they can find you after their ride down the slide. There are a LOT of kids, slides, and stairs, and it can be hard to find them.
- most of the slides are positioned such that the person at the top can see if the person below is out of the way, so there isn’t a huge risk of crashing into each other.
- you can walk your kiddo up to the slide but you don’t have to slide down - you can walk down. I did this with each new slide for our kiddo, so she would know where to go in the stair labyrinth.
- for working parents - there are chairs and tables with plugs in them.
- EVEN IF your kid ends up not wanting to do the slides, there are some great dodgeball/basketball bouncing areas that still make this fun.
Here is the recommended order that I think would be best for introducing the slides to more timid/younger kiddos:
- start with the 2 slides in the junior area.
- if they want something larger, try the orange spiral slide (it’s not as fast as it looks) or the 2-lane pink one on the far end of the room (you can go down in the lane next to them).
- if they still want to try something else, try the the green (slick meter 3/5) or yellow (“Python”, slick meter 2/5) ones in the middle of the room. Both are long but not very steep/fast. The white multi-lane one is fun too, but it is a bit faster (slick meter 4/5)
- the next step up is probably the blue tall slide next to the green one in the center of the room. It has a fairly steep start so can be a little scary, but the rest of it is pretty tame. it’s possible that all the other slides may have lowered the scary threshold a bit by this point.
- if they can do that blue one, then the pink one that is next to the entrance that has a big circle and hole at the bottom is a great next step.
- after this point, all the other slides are quite steep. We didn’t try those, but more daring kiddos will probably love them. Any kid 4+ can ride any of these.
Hope this helps some parents who are wondering if their kid will like it and how to navigate their first experience in a non-intimidating way! It was a great way for our girl to quash some fears, gain some confidence, and have fun.
Was pretty fun! My only real complaint was the underwhelming 3 & under section (2 slides and some foam blocks).
Overall value: decent, 30 dollars for 90 minutes of play and approx 10 different slides. The stairs were kind of complex for our 5 year old but she figured it out, but went on a lot of the same rides because she knew where to go.
Have to buy new grip socks, probably a liability if you don’t so I understand, but visiting other similar places (lava island, candyland, jumporee, etc) the socks are the same and should be allowed.
Standard waiver, fill it out while you wait in line, good for a year.
Food: standard pizza, pretzels, ice cream, etc. didn’t try it but probably not great and similar to other places of similar nature.
Will go again but the youngest will stay home, she was bored after about 20 minutes, oldest was having a solid amount of fun.

I am visiting Colorado and took my nephew here for an early birthday present as I will not be here for his actual birthday. My partner is a veteran, and I saw there is a 15% discount when you get tickets with military. This young girl with freckles who helped me buy tickets upsold me a membership, stating it was cheaper than the military. When I asked her questions on how it was cheaper, she said “It just is” and when I asked if i could easily cancel it, she said yes and all I had to do was go on the website. I walked away and felt very wrong about the experience but decided to go have fun with my nephew anyways. When the line was gone at the counter, and the girl who upsold me was gone, I went up and asked if it really was cheaper to which the other employees blatantly said no it isn’t, i don’t know why she would do that. I asked if i could cancel, to which I got another no. I have to cancel on exactly a month to the day and should I forget, i will automatically get charged again. Are you kidding me? Thats ridiculous. A manager popped in and said it would be “very hard” to get it cancelled, but he would try. And then stood there. I said “do you need my name…?” He said oh yeah, give me your name and number. So I enjoyed the rest of our time and approached the counter again before leaving to see if it really got cancelled and was assured they got it done. So, I guess they made an exception to have it cancelled early. I have so much more to say but I genuinely don’t want to waste anymore breath on this place and the business practices. Slides were fun and clean. Just don’t let the little girls at the front bully you into a membership.
