- MGMelissa Gregory1 day ago1.0I have never been treated so poorly ever at this theater until today. I went there with my daughter and some of her friends for her birthday. I got a text from my daughter's dad ( who was shot up in this theater who obviously has some PTSD) asking if things were good. I quickly replied. My screen was completely all the way The janitor guy was walking by and told me that I needed to leave the theater if I was going to be on my phone. I said sorry it was an emergency. I was sitting on the end and had 4 kids in the other seats.. so it's not like I was disrupting anybody. Nobody was behind us and you can't see the people in front of you anyways. Fast forward. I'm laughing at the movie and the same guy comes over and loudly tells me to get off the phone and I'm like you're harassing me, please go away your being more disruptive. He says I'm going to get security if you don't leave.. I said ok get security, I'm not leaving, I didn't do anything wrong. He went to get security . They came and I said I was on my phone the first time the second time was my ex's son which I didn't even notice because I was watching the movie. I told him I already told the manager what had happened. Security said he would go talk to the manager. The security came back told me that I needed to leave and if I didn't leave they would have Aurora Police come and that I would get a trespassing ticket. So I said whatever I would leave but I was not on my phone and I don't know why they are harassing me. I also just recently finished chemo treatment for cancer and have really bad chemo brain. So when I was trying to explain to them my side of the story it was very difficult for me because my brain isn't as sharp as it was before treatment. All I really wanted was an apology for being treated the way I was for something I didn't do and was being harassed over for.
