Visited for my daughter’s bday tonight with family and will not be returning. The lady with the red hair at the ticket prize counter was rude to my niece. With the new remodel of the prize area, you would think they’d have common sense to put the prizes behind glass if they didn’t want it touched (when before it was okay for kids to touch the stuff and pick it up) Or have big signs up to not touch anything. Kids are curious and will want to touch stuff even after you tell them not too. My niece wanted to examine the coloring book on display before picking it as a prize but the red haired employee snatched it out of her hands. If you can’t be proper under stress around kids, you shouldn’t be working there. If I could rate lower than one star for this place I would. Will not be returning for any future parties or outings.

We took our family here during the weekend and loved it so much, we went back the next day. The staff was very courteous and was very empathetic to our kids. I love the fun environment they set for the family, plus the food was pretty good compared to other family fun centers we've been to.

What once was a beloved family ran and owned local pizza and entertainment joint for the Visalia and surrounding towns is own owned by the big conglomerate that is Bowlero/Boomers. The owner sold to a company for an Undisclosed price and gave his Baby over to a company that is soulless and is going to eventually drive this place into the ground. Gone are the days of the good handmade dough and decent food and here is the frozen pizzas and C - rate food you can buy at concessions. We did purchase a large pizza and the new dough is hard, thin, and the sauce is extremely cheap and tastes canned. The garlic bread? Just bread and cheese warmed up and cut. Ranch? $1 for a small little plastic thing of it. What used to be the fun rooms that you could sit and eat in with themes, comfy worn in high back booths, fun colors, and tvs that played kid friendly channels and shows is now just blue and brown “modern” colored walls, uncomfortable low tables and no tvs and dark lighting. They took away the kid friendly fun vibe of it all. The machines have better up keep and there are a few more games, at a cost though! All plays and credits for game machines went up significantly after they sold and now you might be better off just going to Dave and Busters down the hill. At least they have better food options. The prizes have changed and they used to have such a good Variety but now it’s mostly all plastic junk and seldom a good high ticket tech option. The ticket cards with adventure park logo and art on them are trashed and replaced with red, simple, corporate bowlero arcade cards. This places Reeks of soulless corporate and if the owner sold to the company that owns/owned Boomers? Do you know what happened to Boomers in Fresno? It’s now dirt and leveled land, apart of history with no plaque to commemorate it. My advice to you? Buy it back and revert some changes while you still can or sell it to someone local. A moment of silence for loosing one of best places in town that was actually good and felt like it kept Visalia feeling like a cute hometown with local charm. RIP the OG adventure park, you were loved.

We were significantly overcharged due to a billing error and have received zero help in getting our money back. We have been completely ignored. This has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially under new management. It’s disappointing because we did enjoy visiting, but we will not return or recommend this place to anyone if this is how customers are treated. We've been coming for years but will never book again.
