  On Sunday, March 7 at 2:40 PM, I attended a showing of Solo Mio in Auditorium 2 at Cinemark Century Oakridge 20 in San Jose. During the movie, I heard noises coming from behind the seats. When I used my phone’s flashlight to check, I saw a rat running past the seating area. The experience was extremely disturbing and unsanitary, and I immediately left the theater halfway through the film. I reported the issue to customer service, where a team member acknowledged that the theater was aware of an ongoing rodent problem. I then spoke with a manager who also confirmed that they were aware of the issue. While I did receive a refund, I was shocked and concerned that the theater continues to operate while knowingly dealing with a rat infestation. A rodent presence in a public entertainment venue that serves food raises serious health and safety concerns. Rodents can carry diseases, contaminate food areas, and create unsafe and unhygienic conditions for guests. This situation represents a significant health violation and should be addressed immediately. The theater should immediately implement proper pest control, deep sanitation, and a full facility inspection to ensure the environment is safe for customers and staff. Allowing the theater to remain open while a known rodent problem exists is unacceptable. This issue needs to be addressed and resolved as soon as possible to protect public health and prevent other guests from experiencing the same disturbing situation.

  Me and my friend bought tickets online to see 'THE MOMENT' and once we arrived they denied entry for us because they needed our ID. Then they told us we could exchange our tickets but they wanted us to pay more to exchange our tickets?? We ended up getting a refund but this was ridiculously irritating since we already bought the movie tickets and we drove an hour to this theater because the movie is in exclusive areas.

  Talking let me start by saying I'm a platinum member and I've been coming here a lot of years and never had any problem but today I had one of the worst experiences ever coming here. It is a Saturday night 630. The manager was named Nick and the worker kobe they mentioned you weren't able to bring food in, which is understandable. It is just a bag with leftovers. I showed them it was like one or two bites. I was taking home and notified him that we come a lot and I was still gonna buy popcorn, soda hotdog, etc. over $80 worth of food like I always do but no, they want to make a big deal. Follow us and kick us out and make us feel like we're less than I still recommend this movie theaters considering it's my favorite just not the staff. They definitely need to get rid of them super rude and un understanding not just to me other people around too all around rude no good service fire them.
