  I recommend Susan Simmons as a voice teacher. I started taking lessons as an older student without any previous vocal training. While taking lessons with her, I was able to develop my voice. My lessons were always enjoyable. She always had new vocal exercises to help develop my style. After taking lessons with her, I felt comfortable singing in a band as well as participating in the singing performance workshops that she arranged for her students. I think anyone wishing to take voice lessons should consider sessions with Susan.

  As a Flamemco singer performer, I needed a vocal coach and music teacher to help me with breath support and proper techniques to sing long shows. I was so happy to have found Mrs. Susan Simmons that I still seek her help today after years into performing actively in the flamenco world. Her clases are intuitive and fun, filled with joy and knowledge. I recommend Mrs. Susan Simmons to any one wanting to sing or already a professional as source of support and to update vocal techniques!! Sing well and confidently !!!

  Susan is an exceptional vocal teacher. I was lucky enough to work with her for four years starting at 14 years old. It was thanks to her mentorship that I am able to pursue a career in the theater arts. As a teacher, she is kind, eager, and supportive. She helped me build my confidence, allowing me to branch out and gain opportunities I never would've gotten otherwise. My family also didn't have much money at the time, yet she was entirely amenable and willing to work with us to establish a system that worked. If you are looking for someone who can help you establish a strong foundation or if you have a lot of experience and you're hoping to sharpen your skills, choose Susan Simmons.

  Susan Simmons saved my voice. I had hurt my voice from bad vocal habits and she gently guided me how to sing without straining. I highly recommend her!

  Before taking classes here, I had no knowledge of how to use my voice when it came to singing. Susan is a great teacher and got me to understand the fundamentals of singing and also the intricate techniques that make it effortless. She is an expert in understanding what to do technically in order to achieve the best sound. I am very grateful that I had a chance to take lessons with her!
