  You know they messed up big time when they said no refund, then ended up refunding us instead of simply giving us the socks lol. Even accosted my husband calling him weird and crazy. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and dishonest.

  Came here for birthday party the atmosphere was so amazing the staff was super friendly and Gabriel at the Cafe was exceptionally helpful! Definitely will be coming back 10/10 experience

  Rebounderz was super fun and the staff was amazing! I will definitely bring my kids again,really helpful host and gentlemen at the snack area…..love this place!

  Our party at rebounderz was great and truly seamless it made such a difference having Emely as our hostess!!! The kids loved the food and the games. 10 out of 10 recommend. My single and only complaint was the amount of jump time, I wish it was just slightly longer for the kids. Thank you!!

  My daughter’s birthday party this past weekend was a very disappointing experience. The venue was not clean—the floors were sticky, the space was extremely hot, and there was no guidance or support from a party host. On top of that, the pizza served was burnt. The situation was made worse by the manager’s unprofessional behavior. I requested a refund on Saturday and, as of now, have still not received any follow-up communication regarding my request. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to host parties here. The staff does not appear to be properly equipped or prepared to manage events.
