  Jayla was our host and she was so amazing. She made sure everything ran smooth and on time she was so compassionate very friendly. We had a wonderful time with her. Thank you so much.

  Extremely disappointed with this place. Only 2 attractions out of 7 ( spots) were open for at least 2 hours. Only kids were at these 2 spots, Extremely crowded and not safe. Manager's respond was short staff. Waste of money.

  Kids have fun but the arcade is a total scam. People go there to play the arcade too. Arcades are too expensive. No wonder barely any body hangs around in the arcade area. If you are gonna make thr arcade expensive to play, you might as well bump the price up to $10 per game. Makes no difference.

  Friendly staff and quality service for my daughter’s birthday party. Some of the attractions were unmanned and closed off. But it didn’t take long after we asked to use an attraction for a staff member to come help. Overall good experience. My favorite part was the wagon that was lended for the birthday gifts and supplies to take back to the car. Seemed lack standard practice for parties.

  Birthday party experience was not good. Booked birthday party 5:30-7:30. All parents were asked to fill out waivers in advance and still bring kids 15 mins prior to party start which they all did. At 5:15 asked if we could begin check in process for 5:30 pm party and was told they cannot start till 5:25. Started checking waivers at 5:25 pm and it took 15 mins so kids could not start playing till 5:40 with their play time was expecting to end at 6:45 pm. Half of the attractions were closed and you had to look for employees and wait for someone to be available to open them. So much time was spent waiting to use an attraction. Asked party host if kids could play extra 10 mins since the checkin process took away 10 mins of their play time and it was declined, stating I could only "buy" more time. Asked to speak to manager and explained the whole situation to manager on duty asking for extra 10-15 mins. She seemed to understand my concerns but unfortunately did not do anything about it. Would not recommend this place for a party place to anyone. Attractions are fun at the facility, employees were polite but not accomodating and party experience was terrible.
