    Was watching a movie when I went to go grab a water from the concession stand. I saw that the escalator was out of order so I used the elevator. There was one lady with me in the elevator when it lifted about 1/3 up with the doors open. After that, The Lady and I left the elevator and I went to tell the staff. When I saw them checking it out. All they did was open and close the elevator and told me it was all good. This is very much not the case and it is very unsafe even due to the recent renovations. Please and report anything you see being dismissed.

    This is my 2nd go to location. I usually opt out of the kettle corn here because it has been so bad. But yesterday was decent it was just stale. The employee that validated parking did not process one of the parking tickets due to trying to multitask and we were charged full price to exit the parking lot. So be sure to have your parking tickets validated properly.

    This is an ok movie theatre but watch out they will overcharge you on concession stand. Always get a receipt. I asked for an extra large popcorn and a large soda I'm a movie club member and also had $1.00 off coupon the total came to $11.25 I saw the guy putting popcorn into the wrong tub which looked very small to me. I said I asked for an extra large not a large he had to get someone to help him do the difference in Price. The total came out to $7.25 that i had to pay I didn't have time to sit there and ask for a manger as I was already late for the movie as there were 2 lines open and a lot of people. I ended up paying in total $18.50 for an extra large popcorn and a large soda I normally pay around $12/13 with my coupon plus my membership. Nothing I can do about it at all just make sure next time I get a receipt
