- AJA J1 day ago1.0This is an ok movie theatre but watch out they will overcharge you on concession stand. Always get a receipt. I asked for an extra large popcorn and a large soda I'm a movie club member and also had $1.00 off coupon the total came to $11.25 I saw the guy putting popcorn into the wrong tub which looked very small to me. I said I asked for an extra large not a large he had to get someone to help him do the difference in Price. The total came out to $7.25 that i had to pay I didn't have time to sit there and ask for a manger as I was already late for the movie as there were 2 lines open and a lot of people. I ended up paying in total $18.50 for an extra large popcorn and a large soda I normally pay around $12/13 with my coupon plus my membership. Nothing I can do about it at all just make sure next time I get a receipt

The seats are comfy (noticed countless people bringing their own blankets/throws lol); great customer service (ticket collector reminds us of getting parking valet paid); VERY easy ticket purchases; online & pickup at kiosk upon arrival; surround sound is fantastic. Even the bathrooms are clean. I have zero complaints.

I got there at 4:45 left at seven and had to pay $14 for parking because their staff didn't validate my parking ticket correctly. I called to let them know that I had to pay $14 because the parking ticket wasn't printed with the validation and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. It was all in the parking garage. If you're going to promise people four hours of free parking with validation and your staff doesn't do the validation correctly that's on you not me. The customer should not have to pay that. I won't be coming here to see movies anymore just because I'm not gonna pay an extra $14 to watch a movie.
