    I was injured at this theater over the summer, and since then the company has done everything possible to deny liability. I repeatedly provided photos documenting broken equipment that contributed to my injury--a sprained ankle ligament--yet their insurance company has been extremely adamant in their claim that their broken recliner was not responsible. They only became marginally more responsive after more formal complaints were filed. When questioned, an associate named Brandi alleged that the seating is not properly maintained because the theater has only one maintenance employee, who cannot keep up with the damage caused by the large number of unsupervised teenagers. She stated that this was a "corporate problem," not something handled at the local level. I'm told she no longer works for the company. From the very beginning, it appears that there has been no genuine concern shown for me as a longtime customer or even as a person. While the theater's location is convenient and they offer a good variety of films, I don't think the experience was worth it.

    Great theater. The front row seats are recliners and you can even get seat side food delivery. Great experience.

    I enjoyed my movie. The screen was large and it doesn't feel small for the rear seats. The projector is bright and vibrant, and the audio is clear but I couldn't detect any surround sound for this movie. The recliners are quite comfortable and are in good condition, although they make a distracting noise while reclining. I paid a tolerable $12 for a personal pizza, which tasted good. There's lots of parking and staff are quick and helpful.
