  Had a problem signing in because the kids waiver had expired. Chloe was SO GREAT!! Worked out sending the wavier to my daughter (who was traveling) on my phone with a huge line behind us. Did an awesome , very courteous job!!! Rebounders is lucky to have such a great employee!!!! And the kids had a great time.

  Pretty disappointing for the price. Half of the activities were closed. The kids ran to the ones that were open and had to wait for a long time. Very disappointing. I have seen much better operations. Wouldn’t recommend.

  We had my son’s 5 year old bday party here and the kids had a blast, pizza is good here and the host Isaac did a great job, he even got me tinfoil and little paper bowls to make sure I could disburse the extra cake home to all the kids. Nice extra touch, appreciate you! He was very helpful.

  I hosted my kids joint birthday party here over the weekend and we had an amazing time. The kids had the time of their lives and the party host Sierra was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better time and crew to navigate us through it.

  I went to Rebounderz Rohnert Park with high expectations after seeing the photos on Google, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff is not helpful at all and doesn’t clearly explain what you’re supposed to do. Overall, the customer service is very poor. Also, the place is nothing like what it looks like in the photos. I expected fun obstacle courses, but in reality they are very basic and mostly designed for small kids (below a certain height), so there’s basically nothing to do if you’re older. I was there for literally only a couple of minutes because it wasn’t fun at all, and when I asked for a refund, they said no, which was very frustrating. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place.
