  This is the second and definitely the last time we will patronize this Cinemark Century Blue Oaks location! Their customer service is absolutely horrible (both times), especially at the concession counter. This time we stopped to get some popcorn and a drink before going into our movie. There was absolutely no customers at the counter as the attached pictures show. We ordered two medium popcorns and one large soda. The total was $21.90. I gave the girl behind the counter a 50 dollar bill and two one dollar bills. ($52.00) She gave me back $20.10. I told her nicely that she owed me $10.00 more. She gave me a blank stare and walked over to the other worker behind the counter. He came with keys to the cash drawer and asked me what my transaction was, as if he didn’t know even after talking with the girl. I explained it to him. Long story short … He told me that I would have to wait for him to take the whole cash drawer in the back to have it counted out, which he proceeded to do! After about 10 minutes, he and two managers came back out and told me that they owed me $10.00. They never apologized for making me wait, or took any responsibility for their employees not being capable of doing simple math! Again, they were NOT busy, so there were no distractions or any pressure. In this case, we will not go away mad … we will just go away! This kind of poor customer service will only accelerate the inevitable fact that this big screen theatre is going to be a thing of the past.

  Great movie GOAT! Great lounging chairs, very clean. Will definitely return for future movies! 🍿😄

  The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and so was the bathrooms. The seats in room 10 were okay and the trays were too close to you when you were sitting in the chair. They also serve alcohol. I felt safe when I was there.
