Family friendly, kept extremely clean, and always plenty of staffing. A true low-key gem. :)

I paid for parking but didn't go inside the park because they were charging more for entry in-person than purchasing online. They won't respond to my email, so I'll just file a claim with my credit card company. Poor customer service. Stupid policies with pricing. Not renewing my 4 annual passes. This is why your park has low attendance.

On 2/28/26, my family and I visited Castle park for a family fun day. I had the best experience! The carne asada fries were delicious. The food and beverage team were welcoming and on top of my service. I really appreciate the great customer service I received! Definitely coming back again!

Please save your money and do not come here. I have been coming here for 50 years and I have never see the park in such disrepair. The mini golf was a joke. 4 courses (3 open) putting surfaces torn up, balls not coming out of the hidden paths and getting stuck, mini buildings in poor condition, all water features no longer working and empty for a long time. The worst of all is the electrical hazards all over the place. A broken light with exposed high voltage wires for a small child to touch is unacceptable. The arcade is a joke at the moment with machines not working. Peter was a horrible manager. When told of the issues with the machines he didn't seem to care and when i asked for my money back on one of the three cards i purched he would not and told me "i hope you never come back". The only employee that has a future in customer service is AJ. He apologized for the inconveniences and although his hands were tied, was very pleasant to speak with. I will never return to castle park and I will never go to any place owned by Lucky Strike.

Castle Park is by far the most affordable amusement park in Southern California, now that Adventure City has raised their admission price to $32 per person (as of Feb 2026). However, parking at Castle Park costs $20.
On my most recent visit, I'm very pleased to see that their flume ride is operational again and better than ever. Their carousel is also back in operation. Unfortunately, Ghost Blasters is gone for good. In all, theres are 8 good rides here. Merlin roller coaster, saw mill plunge flume, antique cars, and the railroad were some of my favorites. I'm also happy to see at least 1 employee operating every ride. On a previous visit, we had to follow the one ride operator around the park as she opened each ride.
King's Crown swings, sea planes, flying animals, whip and spaceships are strictly for small children only. Which defeats the purpose of a "family" park. As a parent, I want to ride and enjoy the park WITH my children. It makes no sense to install so many rides that do not accomodate adults.
It is weird that this amusement park is so empty when Disney, Knotts and even Bullwinkle's is packed every day. If I could fix Castle Park, I would move all the arcade machines into the Big Top bbq. Then renovate the entire castle building into an indoor dark ride like Ghost Blasters used to be. The flying saucer ride should be sold off to a traveling carnival.
