Even brought it to the manager on site when we arrived and 3x more after that, to not received several items and missing about 25 min of the movie because I had to keep getting up to look for my sons snacks and food past the delivery window time.
- CCCourtneyFeb 25, 20265.0We have been diehard patrons of AMC Victoria Gardens...especially as a "Day One" customer, it was nice to enjoy a new theater. Since relocating, we tried out Cinemark as brand new patrons - we enjoyed the little bar area (which I enjoy because they have a good number of little "dining tables"). Some arrive to grab a bite at the tables, directly across from the snack bar. Some are meeting friends or new dates to enjoy a drink before or after the movie. We enjoy the "deliver to my seat" feature. The last stark observation we made between this (Cinemark Renaissance) theater and both Ontario's & Vic. Garden's AMC as well as Ontario's Regal was the customer service and staffing. Cinemark nails this just about every time we go, and the few times they might be floating breaks, associates are empathetic, greeting customers, apologizing for any wait. I have a child working on comfortability being social with those we cross paths in a day. This one theater location was the first place he felt at ease to order, show ticket stubs, grab a drink... ...this particular component speaks volumes for me. We are definitely happy with this location; highly recommend!! Wheelchair access/info: (Wheelchair access from parking lot to specific screening room! Bathrooms here can get frustrating for stall access w/wheelchair in the women's, at least (for the same reasons its frustrating anywhere else...not specific to Cinemark Bistro Renaissance). I will add, however: they have always been well stocked, well lit, mostly clean, and rarely a line.
- KKKailynFeb 16, 20261.0Went to go watch no help tonight at 7:30 the burgers took about 45 minutes to be brought to us I’m vegetarian and got a veggie burger as my family got regular burgers. Worst burger of my life. It was cold! The meat wasn’t even a tad bit warm, the cheese wasn’t melted on the burger and I bit into the paper because they didn’t take the paper off the cheese, absolutely disappointing and I asked my family if there burger was warm and they said it was hot and fresh. I swear the burger was not even cooked.

The front bistro area looks really nice, and you are able to take drinks from the bistro into the theater so long as the drink is in a plastic cup. Friendly staff and for other peeps that also run late to everything, I appreciate that previews are roughly 25 minutes from your listed movie time on the ticket. Btw, the cookies & cream shake? Amazing. Inside the theater it was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. We had a great time watching Iron Lung, and I'm looking forward to another visit some time soon!
