- JPJames PrattFeb 14, 20261.0I just had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this theater. I arrived to my seat as the trailers were playing, and noticed after the movie had started that my seat, and my wife’s seat, were not able to recline, the seats are very comfortable if they do recline, but when upright really press into your back. We waited until the movie finished and went to report that the seats weren’t working. The staff member behind the counter reported that the seats weren’t working through their headset, and then asked me, rudely, why I hadn’t reported this sooner. I had paid to see a movie, so I watched the movie… The staff member taking tickets then walked up and yelled at me, “why didn’t you report this earlier what are we supposed to do?” At this point I was frustrated and left the theater. I was only reporting that the seats weren’t working and I was met with extremely rude behavior from two members of the staff. Avoid row J in theater 20 (the XD one), until they get those seats fixed!
