- CSChristopher S.Jun 19, 20245.0I bought a EVH Wolfgang Standard from a guy in Huntington Beach without trying it first. Brought it home and plugged it in to find there was a SERIOUS ground problem. The level of buzz made the guitar 100% unplayable. Brought to Vidal to look at. He tried replacing the input jack and re-did the ground. It didn't work. I brought it back to Hi-Line and this time he anchored the pickups and put copper shielding in the cavity. When I got it back home and plugged it in....SILENT!!! I was concerned I blew hundreds of $ on this used guitar to have it never sound good. Vidal made it like a new guitar. Prices were very fair to fix. If you heard how bad it buzzed, you would appreciate how thankful I am that it is now perfect. Thank you!!!!!
