  I drive from Antioch to Pleasant Hill for this movie theater because it's a lot cleaner than my local movie theaters. They have an arcade (with Guitar Hero), a bar, and all of the usuals like popcorn, soda, hot dogs and candy. I do wish they'd invest in one of those soda machines that dispenses like 40 varieties of soda. Every theater has reclining seats that are comfortable. The restrooms are always clean, the individual theaters are always clean, and the staff are always courteous and helpful. My only complaint is the temperature. It goes from being warm to freezing. There seems to be no in between. Oh, that reminds me, they do sell cozy blankets. First time seeing the at a theater. Overall though, this is my favorite theater.

  Auditorium 3 was unbearably hot for four hours on a very hot day, but the worst part was not the broken AC, it was the complete lack of care from the staff. Multiple guests complained, and Aaron, the manager, did not acknowledge the issue, did not seem to care, and made no effort to resolve it. Do not go to this theatre We complained again after the movie so the next screening would not have to suffer through the same experience, and he casually said it was fixed. It clearly was not fixed, because we had just come out of that theater. This was not just a facility issue, it was a staff and management failure

  Auditorium 3 was basically a sauna for four hours. Multiple people complained that the AC wasn’t working, and the manager, Aaron, couldn’t have cared less. Unless you enjoy sweating through a movie, avoid this theater.

  Great management and great team! I was watching as a significant amount of patrons flooded into the lobby to get concessions before their movies. Without any explicit guidance, I witnessed team members immediately fall into position to serve as many customers as possible, all with empowerment and with a smile. Additionally, out XD theater was having some weird audio issues where the sound was coming and going. I went to find the management and the team member that I approached was happy to get me to to them but took ownership of it and asked what the issue was, I let them know about the audio issues. The team member said he would get it addressed and walked over to the manager to report it. The manager had the issue resolved before the movie got started and the whole theater was able to enjoy the movie (Hoppers).
