  This is honestly the best theater I have ever consistently gone to. Please please please don’t close this location. The vibes and concept are perfect and it would greatly sadden me if this location closed down.

  This is hands down my favorite movie theater. I've been visiting the Pasadena location for years and here are the highlights. 1) Every two seats are in a private pod, no neighbors walking by you and you won't hear anyone talking around you thanks to the thoughtful and elegant interior design. 2) Each pod has two seats, both electronic recliners, and the staff provide warm fuzzy blankets and pillows for maximum comfort. 3) Each pod has a small table between the seats with a "server call" button so you can order appetizers, meals, snacks, candy, dessert and drinks at any point before or during the film. The menu has a good variety of quality food, including burgers, wraps, tandoori chicken, ahi tuna, salads, lobster roll and so much more. I like to order the truffle fries with my food, it always hits the spot. 4) Each theaters is small and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Ticket prices are just slightly more than other theaters ($25/adult and $20/kids) but the experience is well worth the premium. This is a great date night spot for a cozy, intimate, elevated movie experience.

  Ipic is starting to show it’s age just a bit…. Still my favorite theater in the area but they are losing a star for my experience last night… My recliner was falling apart which made the movie unwatchable as I spent the whole time twisting trying to find a comfortable position. When I brought it up with the staff to make sure they could fix the seat for the next guest, the response was “don’t worry it’s not your fault.” I was kind of expecting an apology…not reassurance they didn’t think I broke the seat. Not the best vibes from the staff. I have had much better customer service experiences here in the past so I hope this was just a fluke.

  First time coming here to celebrate my partners birthday as he is a huge fan of Scream. Because of TikTok and my research in finding a higher quality movie experience, I opted to bring him to IPIC. It was a nice experience with welcoming staff, nice lounge area to wait around until you are ready to head to your theater room. The food is below average for the pricing, in my opinion. The ambiance was relaxing and homey with the blankets provided, ample space and privacy within the neighboring sets of the seats.
