- NNNurseoftheAVDec 20, 20251.01st Experience - A few months ago we got in line with our children to refill our popcorn and the "security guard" looked like he was barely 18 watched us the entire time in line as if we were going to steal something. Ridiculous. Stop with the racial profiling. 2nd Experience - Staff is weird and unprofessional. They pick and choose when to makeup policies and/or enforce them. Totally ruined my family's experience. We didn't see the movie. I was given the names Jocelyn & Rosenberger for managers but the two managers that were rude to us included an older white lady and a chubby hispanic lady. They served us old popcorn as well. I'd recommend finding another theater or watching movies at home with family. Customer service is at an all-time low.
