The seats are incredibly comfortable — they recline and even have built-in heaters, which make the experience super cozy. The theater is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also love that it’s located right next to the mall, so there are plenty of places to shop and grab a bite to eat before or after a movie. It’s the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing night out!

All the employees have a peculiar attitude that makes you question why they are working in a customer service job if they clearly don’t enjoy it. I was struggling with the help they seemed to give me, short, dry answers, as if they didn’t even want to pretend to care. I was being as polite as I could be, and I was just met with passive-aggressive responses. I have never been to this location before, and I will likely never return due to the poor customer service I was met with. And it’s just this location because I've been to the one in Lancaster and it’s way more friendly than the Palmdale location, that’s for sure. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the janitors were very lovely and polite. Still, everyone else has a very different attitude.

Then they proceeded to find where we are sitting and threaten to call security and the SHERIFF because we would not go outside. Then they kicked some random couple next to us over us sitting next to them. They were very unprofessional and threatening extreme consequences over a simple misunderstanding. Make your workers learn how to actually handle these situations. Had to complain for a refund never again why do they have to see my birth certificate. Next time I wanna see them call the sheriffs and waste their time.
