  The server was nice and the place is cool. The food portion (fries) are worth it and you get way more then the Ontario location(a plus for me). The only downside that night was the rude heavy set Hispanic security guy.

  came here to see jvalentino and a few other comedians. the place is huge i just wished the seats were spread out a bit more other than that it's a really nice spot to come eat n have some laughs n get some drinks.

  Do not eat here if watching a show. Eat elsewhere then go to the show. Maybe just drinks for the order minimum. The less you deal with staff the better your experience will be. Just going to state facts. Came for the bingo loco, came early and my party was seated no problem. My whole party ordered at the same time. Everyone’s food and drinks came except for my food. Everyone finished their food and mine still hadn’t arrived. So had to ask another server since mine had not checked on me. The excuse I was told was that my food came from a different place and they were behind. I ordered plain nachos w/o meat, while my party ordered burgers and fries. And the people that were sitting behind us were seated AFTER us and got nachos before I got mine. We asked for the manager. That was a mistake. Tracy is a bully. The server desperately wanted to handle it without a manager and now I know why. She came up to me while the party was going on, and I was having a great time. Instead of pulling me aside so we could have a conversation, we were basically yelling at each other. Sorry excuse for the manager. No customer service skills. I cut her off because she was saying I ate most of my plate, I did not. lost my appetite and the nachos were cold. Ate maybe ¼ of the plate. Well cutting her off really upset her and she said,” I let you speak, now it’s my turn” or something to that effect. I asked my friend to listen in as a witness bc I was not digging Tracys attitude. Then my friend chimed in, and again with attitude told my friend that she would only address me bc I was the one with the issue. She came back and offered me a 10% discount on my food to which I replied I wasn’t happy but whatever. My server came back shortly after with our bill and Tracy standing directly behind us practically stayed the entire time until we paid. As if we were not going to pay. Bully. I still enjoyed my night bc bingo loco was amazing, but whoever is keeping Tracy there without training, it’s going to hurt your business in the long run. I’ve been in customer service and business owner/manager for the last 20 years and would never handle client discrepancies in this manner. Edit: Thank you for responding. I am sure you want the best for the business and I spoke to Sakeena who said she already talked to you. My point to even interact with the manager was to let them know about the food service. Tracey’s response made me want to warn the upper management. I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel bullied or not want to return. I hope there is training coming her way. If I attend a future event at Levity, I will know to do it a little differently. Thank you again, Jay

  It's fun and something to do in the area. The food is not anything to write home about and over priced (especially it's a 2 item minimum). But the comedians they have are entertaining.

  Bad service, got there late to a show and the lady outside was so rude and denied us entry, traffic was really bad so we got there late I explained that to the security guy he was nice but that older lady is super rude and didn't let us go in, so we lost money, when we could of at least seen 40 min of the show :(
