The park itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a great variety of activities. Everything feels high quality, and once you’re inside, it’s honestly an awesome place for kids. That said, the biggest issue is the check-in process. Parking at the mall is already difficult, and then the entry experience makes it worse. We waited 57 minutes in line with children, and out of three registers, only one was open. After finally getting through, there’s still an additional wristband check-in process, which adds even more time. Overall, the park itself is great, but the check-in process is extremely inefficient and needs serious improvement.

Very very busy, but really really fun. It was just under $105 for nephew and myself for 2 hours. Including the socks that you have to buy, so it wasn't cheap. But, where else can you go that has a slide that launches you into a stunt airbag!? Lol I'm 33 6'8" 270 pounds and I had a blast. I had Parents coming up to me the whole time asking if it's adult safe and couldn't contain my smile! That being said, they are severely understaffed so the food and drink line take fooooooorrrrever, so if you have a girl, have her sneak in some water and snacks in her purse. Otherwise you're going to be waiting in line and paying Mall prices for a water bottle.

I wanted to share our experience after visiting Slick City with a group of five energetic boys, ages 6 to 11. It was an absolute hit! The place is packed with more slides than you could ever imagine, offering endless excitement for the kids. Even though the venue was buzzing with activity, the wide variety of attractions meant that the lines stayed short, so everyone got to enjoy everything without much waiting. The boys threw themselves into every slide—some were thrillingly fast, others were slow and steady, a few sent them soaring through the air, and there were even slides where they could race each other. Beyond the slides, they also got to play dodgeball and basketball, which were both organized and lively thanks to attentive employees refereeing the games. This added structure kept things fun and fair for everyone involved. For the younger ones, there’s a dedicated area with climbing spots and slides tailored for smaller kids, ensuring that everyone has something they can enjoy. And with the heat wave we’ve been experiencing, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the space comfortable for both the kids and those of us just spectating. Honestly, I highly recommend Slick City over the usual trampoline parks the kids have visited so many times before. If you’re looking for a fresh, exciting outing, this place is definitely worth checking out. Take your crew there for a memorable new adventure!

I saw slick city when I was visiting the mills. My son wanted to go so the next day we came back to check it out. It was a Saturday around 545pm so it was busy and there was a line to check in. The workers who checked us in were friendly. I would say it’s very expensive especially I had 4 kids with me. For 90 mins and 4 socks the total was $181 🫨and when I checked my receipt there was an option for tip too . Just wow. The kids liked it but they compared it to skyzone and said there were unfortunately no trampoline. I dont know if I’ll be back. Maybe think of membership like skyzone, you guys might do better. And no I’m not talking about the (30 day pass) even that is expensive.

Somewhat good. My son's Autistic and 7 years old i asked if he can play in the area with the 5 year old kids they said no. I understand rules are rules and they said the got a day on Friday's from opening hours up till 1 I believe with kids that got special needs. There was a girl that worked there very helpful she gave me a pair of free socks So I can walk my son up and down the stairs so he can get to the slide. It was a mad house. ((Saturday)) so crowded that the little sleds you use for the slides we're all taken. But again thank you to the girl that hooked me up with the socks!
