The guy cleaning the concessions (David) was really helpful, gave me a glass of water and offered to make me up an ice pack to ground if I needed. Told me I could take a walk as long I wanted even though I didn’t have a ticket anymore to get back in. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 human being. He deserves a raise for being able to empathize in a retail job!
