Because of this our product was taken and they had to re-do. They nicely did it and quick. But looks like they experience that a lot as we were leaving another guest had the same experience of somebody else getting her order. The sits do not come with warming feature. Still next time I want to check the XD feature in this location. The team was nice polite and fun.

At the entrance we were told we are not allowed to bring our own drinks or food inside. Since when is this a thing? So let me get this straight. I am forced to buy food and drinks inside the theater and of course for prices higher than anywhere else. That is not customer care, that is pressure. You do not get to tell me where I must buy my food and drinks. Because of this principle alone, I will not be buying anything at movie theaters anymore. Bad policy, bad experience.
