Heck even had some not so fresh popcorn in a show of support, and nothing wrong with their great reclining seats. So why the single star? Lack of management responsibility. Was an advanced screening of Nuremberg at 6:30pm October 27, 2025, followed by a live one hour Q-and-A with Vanderbilt and Crowe. I was looking forward to the Q & A as much as the movie itself. Movie started 30 minutes late, likely projection or other technical issues, I don’t know WE WEREN’T TOLD. Screening of the actual movie itself was flawless. Did anyone from the theater apologize after the screening that we missed half the special Q&A afterwards? NOPE Look, mistakes happen. Fine. It’s how management handles their customers after the fact that sets a business apart from the rest. My only recourse is one star review to highlight this management fail. I went out of my way to drive to this theater and have done so for the past 20 years, something I now need to reconsider.
