  Arcade & Activities 4 Star Food 1 Star. (Service -3, atmosphere 5, price to quality ratio 3) First I'd like to say give Eddie the bartender a raise, he killed it. Extremely professional and helpful. Best arcade in the area, they have a great selection and everything worked. My son and I got the unlimited activities, great value. The Lazer tag and gel blaster games were a bit disorganized, they need a board, or TV, or make an announcement when to line up for the next scheduled game as they didn't start on time or had people in line for the previous or next time slot. The pool tables and cues were all in great condition. Overall my son and I had a blast! To start we were told it would be 35 minutes to get a table it actually took 1 hour and 9 minutes. I understand it's an estimate but to be off by 30 minutes is ridiculous. Also I stopped counting after 15 open tables, I'm assuming they were short staffed. So during the wait we decided to play pool. After about 20 minutes I asked a manager who was clearing tables in the billiards area if we could order food and drinks in the billiards area or if we had to get them from the bar. He said a server should pass through the area every once and while but, he would send one over. After waiting for 10 minutes with no server I ordered from the bar. About 10 minutes later my meal was brought to the table. Then the server who the manager requested came by. After waiting about 15 minutes my son's meal hadn't come out yet, I asked a nearby server about the delay and his meal came out in less than 5 minutes. I'm assuming it was forgotten because the food was just above room temp even though the server said the reason for delay was they were waiting for fries. I don't need an excuse but if you're going to lie at least make it somewhat believable. The food was OK considering it basically only cost $7 with a $20 game card. If I had to pay full price I would have been upset. I'm not sure if they just shove the eat and play orders and reservations to the bottom of the stack. If that is the case why even offer it other than to have a direct comparison to dave and busters. Which at least in the food department there is no competition dave and busters blows them out of the water for food both quality and service. Overall I would rather go to dave and busters if we wanted to go to arcade and not have frozen pizza. But if you aren't planning on eating there great experience. Get the wristband, play some cool games, do a round of bowling, shoot some pool, and have a few drinks. Eat somewhere else in the mall.

  Great service, wonderful atmosphere, was very happy that my bowling reservation was actually ready at the time I had reservations for not having to wait is why reservations are made and they get that. Clean area, friendly and helpful staff.

  Wow, first time here and wow was it cool! Only 15 dollars for laser tag, bowling and pool, quite the steal ngl. And the service was great! Any problem we had, this guy named DJ had us through and through, making sure me and my friends were all set for anything we need. Overall 10/10 experience, highly recommend.
