We were told by the host that the sever was running behind and he will be about 5mins late to attend us. We waited 20mins and not a single person came by to ask us if we wanted drinks or anything. Our day was not over at this location. We were planning and playing games and more. We decided to leave and go upstairs to the food court. Got are food and drinks with 5mins. Employees in the dining area need to get it together.

Katie, Ana and Cyn are hands down not only good at making drinks but attentive, friendly, professional and just all around good ppl. Food is good i dont ever wait long. I hope management sees this and understands its rare to get this type of service these days. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!
