    Really fun clean place. Nathan was amazing he was very nice, sweet super friendly and helpful. Manger Jimmy was amazing also great place to bring the family. Gilbert is great also over all the staff was amazing

    This place always a great place to go. The bartenders are amazing and I lost my game card and I was helped by the staff that immediately gave me a new one with all of my points and currency back onto it. I would always recommend going here!

    My fiance and I visited for the first time this week. When we got there the front kiosks were all busy but Keegan was jumping to each one making sure every customer was helped. Before we purchased bowling time she made sure we knew how long the wait was which was super helpful because I had not noticed the 4 hr wait previously (this was a holiday so I doubt that would be the wait time on a regular day). I made the mistake of purchasing the $20 pass. I didn't realize it was for specific areas, I thought it was free play at the arcade. I should have asked before purchasing but when we realized my mistake the staff sent over Jimmy, one of the managers, and he helped us out right away. The staff was all super helpful and I appreciate their patience and attention on such a busy day!

    I went to Main Event Montclair last night. Your ambassador Henry was really helpful and showed what you guys offered. He has great customer service skills and very knowledgeable about the company and the products you guys have. A truly professional individual you have. His skills are outstanding and they need to be recognized and appreciated. Thank you for the best experience and I’ll keep on coming back and it’ll be a pleasure to keep saying hi to Henry.

    We had a blast at The Main Event Montclair.Our hostess MJ was very attentive and professional. She worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed the entire time. We had about 30 people in our party, and everyone was happy. The bowling lanes have enough room for everyone to be able to participate. The arcade is huge and has lots of different games to accommodate everyone’s liking. Super clean too! Food was good, customer service is great, they also have a fully stocked bar with several TV’s on every wall. Thank you so much for having us. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re having a party, this should be your go to.
