  Arnudo the manager was so helpful despite the monitor/system froze as I was checking out. I waited about 30 minutes but he had excellent problem solving and customer service skills. Despite it being a busy Saturday, I noticed he managed his team well as I patiently waited on the side.

  This is our new go to movie theater. Great helpful staff, very clean theater (and bathrooms). Great job management and staff!

  Always a good place to watch a movie. They have a Starbucks inside as well but be aware that sometimes the machine may not work or they have an issue with the coffee bean or something. I ordered a caramel macchiato but I got refunded instead. They didn’t give me any other options that they could make besides a refund. I think as a barista, you should be able to recommend other options as well. I had no choice but to get my drink from the outside instead. And take note, fyi, they also don’t allow drinks from the outside in the movie theater.

  We are new to Cinemark, as a lifetime AMC rewards investor, this was a hard switch. This theater was close to our temporary house. I signed up for the members club for the year and was excited about experiencing a different theater. I booked the wrong theater for the movie and when I arrived the host and manager were awesome in assisting with the no fee change due to my error. The theater seats were clean, and fun as they moved with the scenes. But the concession stand experience was horrible. Not understanding how and were to order, I stood in line to grab an alcoholic beverage, the bar tender was talking with another person and I asked him do I order drinks here. He said no! You order over and pointed to the food area. My wife and I walked over to the register and there was a young lady who we asked how the membership works for discounts and how to order, she told us to walk in there and order. We did just that, there was a sign promoting discount novelty cups for 1 dollar. I asked the register guy, where the cups for 1 dollar are, he said they are next to the fountain. My wife filled her cup and we had to ask another person how to order. When we finished, the guy behind the counter, I assume a supervisor tells us that the promotion was not for the cups at the fountain but the ones in the front. After we already filled the cups. We just passed on the cups for general purposes. The chicken wings were not seasoned at all. And over cooked. A few lessons we learned about this place. 1. Don't go for the food. 2. The ladies working there are more positive and give correct customer service. And finally, don't compare to AMC, things here cost way more. Hands down AMC may not have moving seats, but they do understand customer experience. To bad I purchased the membership for the year. Seems like a waste of money.
