- CWC W5 days ago2.0I used to love going to IPIC Westwood, but now I choose to drive all the way to Pasadena for a way better experience. Westwood needs to step up its game. For one the place smells old. The seats tables and call buttons need updating. And also, when was the last time you guys did a deep clean of the carpets? I think the old smell is coming from those carpets. Please switch them out. I hate having to drive to Pasadena but I have no choice because there is no way I can bring friends or client to this location and be proud of it.

My husband and I discovered so many movies here that we wouldn’t have gone to see, just because I wanted to come to this theatre. I love that the rooms are small and cozy, so service is more attentive; and the seats are so comfy! The drinks were so well made that I would still come if it was just a bar. And the snacks were better than any theatre snacks that I’ve tried all over the bay area. Sigh. I’m still chasing the high of this ipic..may move back to LA for this theater alone.

Some of us are out here working and All I was trying to do is catch a good Movie. Parked a couple blocks down and rushed to catch my showtime just to be turned away Like as if I’m beneath them. Would never recommend to any of my photography peers or any roamers for that matter. What the manager should do is come do her/his job next time And see for the situation for themselves.
