  The third party who was supposed to direct the cinemark staff and patrons never showed up for Hidive film event. "The Dangers in My Heart" Film was great and Cinemark staff were great and accommodating. I was disappointed in Hidive and whoever was the third party event planners were because there was no direction other than the Cinemark staff were told to tell the movie ticket holders to go to the theater. Hidive could have done more because their previous events were better.

  THE MOVIE THEATER IS OKAY IF YOU GO TO MOVIE MAKE SURE IT'S XD IS BETTER THE MOVIES SRE PRICEY POPCORN NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO REFILL A SODA IS $5 PROBABLY MORE FOR SODA IT'S BEST TO BUY YOUR OWN SNACKS TO GAME WITH YOU MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SHOES IN THE BAG PUT ITEMS IN A BAG LIKE YOUR SNACKS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MONEY LOTS OF MONEY ON YOU

  We come to this Cinemark theater often because it’s in our neighborhood. The staff is friendly and the building is clean, but the seats are completely unacceptable. They’re worn down, ugly, and clearly neglected. There’s no excuse for charging people to sit in seats that look like this. Let’s be honest, this wouldn’t fly in a more affluent area like Playa Vista. Cinemark, fix the seats at this location. We shouldn’t have to pay to be uncomfortable in a rundown theater.

  I have lived around this area for 30 years and more, and have seen this theater go from "Magic Johnson Theater" to Cinemark theaters. And, it was great in both cases! There, are time when the counter order area gets a little dirty looking, but this store makes up for that with their tremendous Customer service! Norberto Contraras, is one of the Managers there and he "ALWAYS" looks out for the Patrons here! I could go to many other theaters. But, I PURPOSELY CHOOSE THIS ONE, because of the customer service they provide. I feel safe and there is a constant presence of Security on location. All, of their ticket check-in staff are acceptionally and genuinely courteous. This, is a "kid friendly" location where they manage kids and students well when they visit. It's, pleasant to go into your local area, and find the kind of GOOD, wholesome interactions, that I experience at this Theater all the time...and it is a constant at thiat this Cinemark provides. If, you plan to go to the movies, make sure you visit CINEMARK CRENSHAW BALDWIN HILLS THEATER location! Norberto Contraras, is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does in Customer Service!! And, we APPRECIATE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD and CINEMARK'S AWESOMENESS!!!🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🤯#NorbertoRocks!!!
