  I went with my 17-year-old brother to watch Super Mario Galaxy, and honestly the whole experience was pretty frustrating. Even though we brought our IDs and I’m his brother, they still didn’t let us in. Also, when you’re buying tickets, you really have to be careful. There’s an “add to cart” button right away, and if you don’t scroll down, you won’t even see the policy. So you can easily add tickets to your cart and pay without ever noticing it, which doesn’t feel right at all. I requested a refund 45 minutes before the movie started, and they still charged me a booking fee, which was disappointing. At least I got most of my money back and ended up going to Regal instead, which is honestly way better. This whole thing happened just because I chose a theater closer to home… big mistake. I won’t be coming back. P.S. Both times I’ve been there, the place was super dirty, especially the bathrooms.

  Chairs could use some renovation and upgrade, but the stuff is amazing - always very helpful and nice! Plenty of parking.

  I had a frustrating experience at this theater during a recent visit. While buying snacks, I asked to split my payment. The cashier told me it would be processed as two payments. However, that was not accurate. Instead, the system began charging my card $2.25 repeatedly until the full balance was paid. This was never explained to me, and I only realized it after checking the transaction. When I questioned it, the cashier said she was the manager, which made the situation even more concerning. I’m not upset about a simple mistake—what bothered me was the lack of transparency and the incorrect explanation of how the payment would work. Customers should be clearly informed about how they are being charged. Be cautious when using split payments here. I hope management addresses this and ensures staff are properly trained to explain payment options accurately.
