The sports-bar-style atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about the games or menu. The food was decent for casual dining, especially the appetizers and burgers, which were flavorful and satisfying. On the downside, the restaurant was very busy during peak hours, and it took longer than expected for our food to arrive. Some games were also temporarily out of order, which was a little disappointing. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Dave & Buster’s for a fun outing with friends or family.

Perfect, I thought this was a great deal. I waited 1 week to verify and pay...but no email. I literally took off of work to go book. The girl told me 1600 this time. Well, okay, I still thought it was a good deal. She then goes to talk to Leza or Liza, the events manager. Well, she came back at $3400. Yes, you are reading it correctly. I was in shock and felt so devastated that I had promised this party, based on the prices they quoted. However, this price tag was outrageous. The company response ( because I did complain to someone named Ashley Schmitt) was that I was mistaken. According to Liza and Ashley, I had booked for a Wednesday party for 12 kids. This women told me that I booked the wrong party Day, Time, Amount of Kids and Venue size...BOTH TIMES, both by phone and after spending an hour with her assistant. She went on to say I was mistaken on the price as well because of the time of year. I have the written quote and I have to conversation for the phone call, because I made it at my job. THE ONLY MISTAKE WAS THEM LYING AND PRICE GAUGING ME. Theses people are trying to rob the community. This is why they have such low ratings. Clearly they are conducting business in a subpar manner and trying to pretend to be a part of Long Beach. This was despicable. Shame on You People.
